What's new

What changed in FocusCrew, newest first. Have an idea for what should come next? Tell us.

  • Mute crew chat, and your projects beside the board

A bell in every crew chat turns chat notifications off for all your crews, or back on.

On a laptop, Plan lists your projects down the side of the board with their open to-dos; pick one to see only its work.

This page is now in your account menu too, with a dot whenever there is something new.

  • Founding-member prices

Pro is €3.99 and Max €5.99 a month for founding members, who keep that price for as long as they stay subscribed.

From 1 January 2027 the regular price for new subscribers is €5.99 and €8.99.

  • Find things faster on the website

Search the blog and the FAQ, and open the Blog and ADHD Toolbox menus to jump straight to the newest posts or any section.

Every FAQ answer now has its own link you can share.

  • Kudos with a reaction, sixteen colours and a contact form

Kudos is now one icon: hover or tap it and pick a like, confetti or a heart, and the person you cheered on sees which one you sent.

Labels, projects and crews have twice as many colours to choose from.

You can write to us from a form on the contact page, as well as by email.

  • Break ideas that say why

During a break, FocusCrew suggests a stretch, a walk, water or a rest for your eyes, with a moving figure to follow.

Each idea now says in one sentence why it helps, and names the study behind it.

  • Notifications you can tidy

Every notification has a picture for its kind, a × to remove it and a ⋯ menu with "Show less like this".

The bell has "Mark all read", and new crew chat messages now ring it — once per crew until you have read them.

  • Farsi text looks right everywhere

Anything written in Farsi — a to-do, a chat message, a habit — is set in Vazirmatn and reads right to left, even when the app itself is in English or German.

  • Choose your tools

Planner, Pomodoro, Habits and Crews are four tools you can switch on and off. Switching one off hides it everywhere without deleting anything.

  • A quicker planner

One click opens a to-do on the board, and you can delete it from there.

New to-dos start with a short form — title, notes and project — with everything else one tap away, and the board can show only flagged to-dos.

  • Crew chat

Every crew has a chat beside its page, and you can keep it on your Focus page as a card.

  • Google Calendar sync

Connect Google Calendar in Settings and your dated to-dos appear in a FocusCrew calendar there, while your other events show on the planner calendar.

  • The ADHD Toolbox

A free, public collection of videos, apps, communities, books, courses and techniques that help with ADHD, and a fifteen-question self-check that stays in your browser.

  • Your own focus length

Besides 5, 25 and 50 minutes, the pencil after the presets sets any length from 1 to 480 minutes.

  • Habits and projects get their own pages

Plan now holds only your to-dos. Habits has its own place in the menu, and projects and labels live under Projects.

  • Checklists inside a to-do

Break a to-do into steps and tick them off from the card, without turning each step into a to-do of its own.

  • Reminders and daily winners

A to-do with a due date can remind you before it is due.

Whoever tops the Today board when the day ends earns the day-winner badge, and the week has a winner too.
